LaGrange Police are looking for suspect(s) who filled a local residence with holes Thursday night, nearly killing a man.
Thursday night about 8 p.m., officers with the La-Grange Police Department responded to the 400 block of Union Street in reference to reports of shots fired into an occupied residence.
Officers arrived and spoke to the 47-year-old victim, who advised he was lying in bed, watching TV, when he heard shots being fired. The victim stated his television the stopped working, at which point he realized it had been hit and the shots had entered his bedroom.
Police were able to recover several spent shell casings as well as live rounds belonging to 9 mm and .22 caliber weapons.
Police say neither the victim nor anyone else inside the residence was injured during the incident.
The victim was unable to provide a description of the shooting suspect(s).
This incident is still under investigation by the LaGrange Police Department Criminal Investigations Section.
