Police Asking for Help in Identifying Circle K Robbers

LaGrange Police are looking for two men who robbed a convenience store in Lee’s Crossing on New Year’s Eve.

In the early morning hours of New Year’s Eve, around 2:25 a.m., officers with the LaGrange Police Department responded to the Circle K convenience store on Roanoke Road in reference to reports of an Armed Robbery.

Police arrived and met with store employees, who advised that a pair of unknown black males entered the store and robbed them at gunpoint.

The female store clerk stated the subjects came up behind her and demanded money, with one of the males brandishing a firearm.

The suspects then took an undisclosed amount of cash from the registers before fleeing the store on foot, running toward Vernon Road.

The suspects were described as young black males wearing bandannas covering their faces.

Police have since released screen captures of security video from the store, showing each of the suspects, in hopes that someone can help identify the assailants.

This incident is still under active investigation by the LaGrange Police Department Criminal Investigation Section.
